Undocumented Residents - Driver's License Equivalency Course*

12 hour course

This course provides undocumented residents who are ineligible to receive a Florida Driver's License with a comprehensive understanding they need to operate a vehicle safely. This includes Florida traffic laws, road rules, road signs and substance abuse education. Upon course completion, violators must complete a written quiz certified by the National Safety Commission - an official third party tester for the State of Florida. Violators must achieve a grade of 85% or better to obtain a certificate. Certificates may then be presented to the Clerk of Court for final disposition. Available in English or Spanish Online.
